The ProHost® System has an estimated useful life of fifteen years. Power Assist Units have an estimated useful life of ten years. All parts of a Mobile can be repaired or are repairable. Hotel engineers have all the tools and skills required to maintain, repair or replace damaged ProHost® equipment. During the installation of the ProHost® product in their hotels, ProHost® System users receive hands-on training including the care and maintenance of their equipment. After the installation of the System, the ProHost® System Operations Manual is left on site which includes a maintenance section that includes basic repair guidelines. On-going support (contact us) is available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM through 5:30 PM (EST USA). Our trained field service representatives will help you diagnose your specific problem and select the correct part to repair the situation.
Equipment Repair
Continual maintenance can extend the life of the ProHost® equipment in your hotel. The ProHost® System, when functional and used following prescribed operating procedures, generates significant cost reductions for housekeeping departments. It is well worth maintaining.
Equipment Audit Services
Hotels with ProHost® Systems may invite Hostar to schedule and conduct a ProHost® equipment audit. On an agreed upon scheduled date, Hostar’s professional team conducts an on-site audit of the repair needs of the hotel’s ProHost® equipment. They then generate a proposal and schedule for the renovation of the equipment. The hotel must provide complementary guestrooms to the Hostar technical team.
