Hostar offers support to housekeeping directors in understanding how changes in their operations have affected the ProHost® System performance. A telephone call or email to one our System Project managers may provide an immediate answer to your questions (contact us). On-site visits may be scheduled to complete an analysis of your current operations. Depending upon the complexity of your System and its current operational status, our System Project managers may conduct a ProHost System Planning audit. A proposal for services would be the result of the audit, detailing the actions required to bring the System back to full function. Areas that our Systems Planners will look at include:

Distribution Analysis: System Planners look at the flow of materials into the guestroom and out again with the goal of streamlining the process. They will look to see if the ProHost® System operation procedures are being followed and if they need to be adjusted due to new circumstances in operations. They will look at labor issues to see if new circumstances require adjustments to the labor assumptions for operating the System.

Room Mix Changes: System Planners look at changes to the room mix, by section to see if these changes are affecting the use of the equipment or the load plan of the equipment.

Room Par Changes: System Planners look at changes to the room par to see if these changes are affecting the Mobile load plan and distribution flow.

Laundry Operations Changes: System Planners look at changes to laundry operations to see if laundry operation changes are affecting the distribution flow or Mobile load plan.

Pick Station Operations Changes: System Planners look at changes in amenity programs and labor assumptions to see if adjustments to the program are required.
