A great way to motivate housekeeping managers to get the most out of their ProHost^® System is to schedule a ProHost^® System Training for your managers. Our System Planners will conduct four hour training sessions for groups of four to ten managers on ProHost^® System operations. The training is hotel specific and will educate your team on the distribution and labor assumptions used to design their ProHost^® program. They will be educated on the Mobile load plan, replenishment strategies, key check points throughout their day and getting the most from the System.

The Cleaning Process for the Guestroom Training for Room Attendants
Hostar offers a unique in-room cleaning training program for room attendants. Comprehensive and thorough, this program walks a room attendant through all aspects of his or her job. The program was developed by industry award winning trainers and directors of housekeeping.

Introductory sessions cover hotel standards and policies. Additional modules include bed making, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the guestroom, vacuuming, and process pacing. Floor managers and supervisors participate in a separate training that teaches them how to coach and motivate employees to maintain hotel standards. The training for hotels that are implementing the ProHost^® System in their opening includes use and care of the ProHost^® equipment. All modules include a classroom discussion followed by a live demonstration and then hands-on practice with coaching. Each employee is tested for competence at the end of their training. A comprehensive training manual is provided to the department, which includes training profiles on each cleaning task in the guestroom. This program is highly recommended for independent hotels.
