The ProHost® Full Service On-Floor Operations Mobile Supplier With Mobile Collector

The ProHost^® Full Service program provides room attendants with their own ergonomic workstation. The Mobile Supplier carries clean linen, terries and guestroom amenities, and a separate unit, the Mobile Collector, is used to collect soiled linen, trash and recyclables. Mobiles are distributed on the guest floors to cover each room attendant assignment or section. The pre-loaded Mobiles provide efficiency, consistency in service and improved appearance in the guest corridor.

MOBILES
Mobile carry items needed by room attendants for making up guestrooms. Totes are packed with set quantities of linen, terry, amenities and guestroom supplies to ensure that room attendants receive what they need to complete their assignments. Totes are color coded to identify the contents.

COLLECTORS
Mobile Collectors provide out-of-sight collection of soiled items and trash. The Collector can be hitched with the Supplier for efficient travel on the guest floor. The Super Collector provides a greater capacity. (shown on page 12)

RESERVE LINEN UNITS
Tote Carriers and Mobile Super Suppliers carry additional totes of linen and terry located in guest floor service areas or on the guest floor. Room attendants replenish their Mobiles by exchanging empty totes with full totes from the Reserve Linen Unit. (Tote Carrier shown on pages 5 and 11)

GUESTROOM AMENITY & SUPPLY INVENTORY CONTROL

Guestroom amenities and supplies are kept in a centralized area called the Pick Station. The Pick Station is organized with amenities and supplies on slanted shelving for efficient stocking of supply totes.
Pick Station totes are stored on Rolling Racks or Tote Carriers.

PROHOST^® SYSTEM DISTRIBUTION
Mobiles flow through a restocking process to replenish the linen and amenities. The schedule and process is custom designed for each property.
